we had a super comfy stay in the superior king room, the bed was amazin and the breakfast was delicious with local produce. louisa and tom are really friendly and made us feel right at home. the garden view is lovely, perfect for chillin in the morning. the location is spot on for visiting all the cool spots in dorset. felt like i was stayin at a friend's place, loved it!
only downside was the parking was a bit tight and the pavement outside was dodgy for a walk.

Private garden spaces in rooms, spacious common areas, clean and immaculate rooms
Noise from other guests moving upstairs disturbed the tranquility!!! Limited parking space might cause inconvenience for larger vehicles!!! Lack of clearer communication prior to arrival could lead to confusion on check-in.
